Thanks to everyone who came out to the FAWM Showcase at Acadia, despite the crazy weather.  It was a lot of fun.  In fact check out the Gallery section for a few pictures from the show.

Speaking of shows, Traitor Mouse is playing a few more shows this summer.

First off is Corner Coffee in downtown Minneapolis on Friday July 25th.  From what we’ve heard of this venue, this should be an excellent show.  Times to be announced, though we’ve put down a tentative 7:00

Second is Dunn Brothers Coffee in Roseville.  This is a great coffee shop to play with a very nice stage.   We’re playing from 7:00 to 9:00

Third, we are looking at another FAWM Showcase at Ginko’s Coffee in September.  We had such a blast at the last one and had so many great songwriters and players that we knew we had to do it again.  We’ll update the page here with info as it is confirmed.

Remember all these shows are FREE.  It’s pretty rare in this day of expensive stuff to find this much entertainment for free. (=

We are also working on Traitor Mouse’s first CD and are hoping to have it release this fall.  Keep an eye on the page here for more details.

Traitor Mouse has the privilege to play with other Minnesota Songwriters at the Third Annual February Album Writing Month Songwriters Showcase at Acadia Cafe. Also appearing is  Autoclamp,  G-slab, T-Spoon, Dapple Throat. Missile Wings, Sacrificial Glam, Static Captain, Todd Norem. This is an event not to be missed.

The showcase is on Sunday,  May 25th.  The show starts at 7:00 and goes till 11:00 PM.  Best of all, the cost is FREE!  It’s Memorial Day weekend and you don’t have to work the next day, so come out and listen to some great music.
